We were contacted by a Philadelphia women who inherited some fine antique from her grandmother. The catch was the items were in New Hampshire, stored in an old barn, they had been there for over 30 years. The woman sent us some photographs of the items; we were certain it was worth the trip.

Here is a photo of the inside of the barn, note the carved base European table, to the left is a marble statue and in the back is a Victorian bookcase. There were also oil paintings and several bronze lamps.

The total contents of the barn realized $74,000 at auction. We won’t win any photography contest for this photo but you get the picture.
