Auction starts closing with 2 items closing per minute, bidding continues as auction closes.
Extended bidding, if a bid is placed before the lot is scheduled to close the bidding will be extended by 1 minute from the last bid.
Auction preview 10am-12noon Saturday, April 10th, 2021.
Pick up Thursday 9am-4pm and Friday 9am-4pm after the auction. There will be reasonable additional pick up time allowed for anything connected to the building in any way. Arrangements will be made on an individual basis between buyer and seller.
