Important Note:
- Vehicles are available for preview and pickup at our auction gallery.
- All vehicle purchases must be paid in full via cash or wire transfer.
- Vehicles must be removed from our auction facility within 7 business days of the auction.
NOTE: Firearms are located at Eagle Arms Sports Shop, 9331 Hamilton Blvd., Breinigsville, PA 18031, not at Tom Hall Auction Gallery.
Registration Fees for Firearms: Non-dealers will be charged a $25 transaction fee per firearm. Licensed dealers will incur a $15 handling fee per firearm. All fees are payable directly to Eagle Arms.

Shipping: Shipping is available for firearms through Eagle Arms.
Firearms Pickup: Firearms can be picked up at Eagle Arms. Successful buyers will receive their paid receipt via email. Please bring this receipt to Eagle Arms to collect your firearm purchases during the following hours: Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Note: Eagle Arms is closed on Sundays.
Location of Items (excluding vehicles and firearms): All items are located in New Tripoli, PA. The exact property address will be provided to winning bidders via email along with their paid receipt.
Payment Terms:
- Credit Card Payments: We accept credit card payments for most purchases, which will be automatically charged. However, high-value items such as fine antiques, jewelry, coins, and large-dollar amount purchases may require payment via cash or wire transfer.
- Vehicle Purchases: Payment for vehicles must be made via cash or wire transfer.
- Auctioneer Discretion: The Auctioneer reserves the right to request wire transfer payments for any purchase at their discretion.
- Buyer’s Premium: A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all final bids.
- Sales Tax: No sales tax will be applied.
