Pickup times will be prearranged to ensure smooth coordination, with four staff members present to oversee and facilitate the process.

All pickups will be by appointment.
Pickup: Please sign up for a pickup slot. The pickup times are to help us keep the traffic flowing efficiently, however, if there are no times left in your preferred time slot that does not mean you cannot pickup at that time.
Bring help and equipment for heavy items and any packing material you will need.

Buyer Premium and Sales Tax: A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to all purchases. While personal property is not subject to sales tax in this auction, a 6% PA sales tax applies to vehicle purchases and will be collected by the notary.
Payment Terms: Most purchases can be paid via credit card and will be charged automatically. For vehicle purchases, payment by cash or wire transfer is required. The auctioneer reserves the right to mandate wire transfer payments for any purchase as needed.
