Pick-Up/Removal dates: Buyer pickup is Thursday August 29 and Friday August 30 from 9am-4pm and Saturday August 31st from 9am-1pm Only. Please bring help and proper equipment for large heavy items. Due to the difficulties of removal, you will be emailed a copy of your paid invoice along with the pickup instructions. Please sign up for a pickup slot or request shipping. The pickup times are to help us keep the traffic flowing however if there are no times left in your preferred time slot that does not mean you cannot pickup at that time.
IMPORTANT PICKUP INFORMATION:
Please note that this auction will take place at a beautiful home located at the top of College Hill. While there is good parking available, the number of spots directly in front of the home somewhat limited. This may require carrying items a short distance to your vehicle.
During pickup, we kindly ask for your patience. We will do our best to keep everything moving efficiently, but loading large purchases may take additional time, potentially causing slight delays.
To ensure a smooth pickup process, if you purchase large items, please bring assistance and any necessary equipment to safely transport your items from the property.
