Items not removed will be forfeited without refund.
Bring your paid invoice, appropriate tools, equipment, and help to safely move your items.
Winning bidders will receive the exact address and a link to schedule pickup with their paid invoice.

📦 Shipping Information
In-house shipping is available on small items only.
All shipping requests must be received by Wednesday, November 26, 2025, before 12 noon.
Requests received after that time cannot be accommodated.
Please note: Furniture, tools, outdoor items, and large or room-size rugs are not available for shipping.
Our office will be closed Thursday, November 27, 2025 (Thanksgiving) and open Friday, November 28, 2025, from 9AM to 4PM.

This is an online-only auction.
Bidding opens prior to closing and proceeds with two items closing per minute.
Extended bidding applies — any bid placed within the final minute of a lot’s scheduled closing will extend that lot by one minute.
