Summary of Terms for Online, Phone and Absentee Bidders: In order to participate in the auction, online, phone and absentee bidders are required to deliver, no later than 24 hours prior to the auction date, a $7,500 deposit (the “preliminary deposit”), in certified funds, to the Auctioneer’s place of business (4644 Route 309, Schnecksville, PA 18078) either in person or by mail. The Purchaser must deliver the balance of the required Deposit (if any is necessary), in certified funds, within 24 hours of the Auction or (if the Auction occurs on a weekend) by the end of the first business day following the Auction. The Auctioneer shall return to unsuccessful online, phone and absentee bidders their preliminary deposits at the conclusion of the auction.
