Appointment Required
All buyers must schedule a pickup appointment. No items will be released without a scheduled time slot.
Winning bidders will receive:
- The full pickup address with their paid invoice
- A link to schedule their pickup appointment
Important Removal Information
Please bring:
- Your paid invoice
- Appropriate tools and equipment
- Adequate help for loading and removal
Items not removed during the scheduled pickup dates will be forfeited without refund.

Online Bidding Terms
- Auction begins closing at 7:00 PM
- Two lots close per minute
- Bidding remains open as the auction closes
Extended Bidding
If a bid is placed within the final one minute of a lot’s scheduled closing time, bidding will automatically extend for an additional one minute from the time of the last bid.
Condition of Items
Buying at auction is not the same as buying new merchandise.
Items offered are used, vintage, and antique, and have been utilized in homes and collections over time. While many items are in very good condition, most are not in perfect condition. Please review all photographs and descriptions carefully before bidding.

All credit cards must have a valid U.S. billing address.
Your credit card will be charged immediately following the auction for all purchases. However, new bidders to Tom Hall Auctions, or bidders with higher-value invoices at the auctioneer’s discretion, may be required to pay by cash or wire transfer if their invoice exceeds $1,250.00.
The auctioneer may require a valid government-issued photo ID for any transaction.
