Note: Pickup for Firearms is at Eagle Arms (Info below). Otherwise, the remainder of the items are located at Tom Hall Auctions for pickup. Pick up hours at the gallery following the auction: 12noon-3:30pm the day after the auction and Monday thru Friday from 9:30AM-3:30PM daily. All items MUST be removed within 7 DAYS of the auction.

- Preview is by appointment only
- Dates: Monday, October 20th & Tuesday, October 21st
- Hours: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

- Provide the lot numbers of the items you wish to preview so items are ready when you arrive
Note: Eagle Arms charges a Firearms Registration Fee:
- $25 per firearm for Non-dealers
- $15 per firearm for Licensed dealers
🔹 Pickup Policy
You will receive a text message and email from SHIPPING SAINT, select PICK-UP, then select the date and time you will be picking up. It’s that easy, and this way we will know when you are coming, and your items will be ready for you.
- You must bring your paid receipt to Eagle Arms during pickup hours
Pickup Hours at Eagle Arms:
- Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Closed Sundays
⚠️ All firearms must be picked up and removed within 7 days of the auction.
🔹 Shipping Policy
Please email a copy of the Federal Firearms License (FFL) to info@tomhallauctions.com for the dealer where your firearm will be shipped. This is the FFL where you will complete your transfer and background check before taking possession of your firearm.
👉 If you are an FFL dealer purchasing for yourself, please also email a copy of your FFL to info@tomhallauctions.com.
Payment Terms: Credit Cards: Accepted for most purchases, but high-value items may require payment via cash or wire transfer.
Payment Terms: All major credit cards, 20% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all final bids. 6 % Sales Tax: No sales tax will be applied.
Credit Card Payments: We accept credit card payments for most purchases, which will be automatically charged. However, at Auctioneers Discretion: The Auctioneer reserves the right to request wire transfer or cash payments if an invoice exceeds $1250.00. The auctioneers may also require proof of current photo ID for any purchase at their discretion.
No checks or pay pal accepted.
