Online bidding Terms: Major Credit Cards, 20% Buyer’s Premium, 6% Sales Tax collected if you have not provided a valid Sales Tax Exemption Certificate. No checks or pay pal accepted. All major credit cards are accepted. Your credit card will immediately be charged for all purchases.

However all new bidders to Tom Hall Auctions or bidders with high invoices at auctioneers discretion will be required to pay by cash or wire transfer if your invoice exceeds $1250.00.

All credit cards must have a domestic U.S. billing address.

Pick up times after the auction: 12PM-3:30PM the day after the auction, 9:30AM-3:30PM Monday -Friday within 7 days of the auction.

In-house shipping! Bid confidently as we handle the packing and shipping straight from our gallery to you. Quick. Easy. Done!

We ship via UPS and USPS depending on cost.

We also ship media mail for items that qualify. (This is a discounted service via USPS)

International shipping is available. We regularly ship to Canada and all over the world.

Please note all international orders ship as merchandise with the auction value noted for customs.

Sorry but we DO NOT accept prepaid shipping labels or 3rd party shipping labels. All orders must ship on our account.

All orders ship insured using brand new packing materials from Uline. We use lots of bubble wrap and free flow peanuts as needed.

We normally charge $5 to $10 for packing plus materials. Materials usually cost $2-$5 dollars. So expect to pay $7 to $15 PLUS actual shipping.

Larger more complex orders will have additional costs and charges.

With OVER 4 thousand shipments last year we had less than one tenth of one percent damage. We know how to PACK!!
