Pick up hours at the gallery following the auction: 12noon-3:30pm the day after the auction, Monday – Friday from 9AM – 3:30 PM. We appreciate if all items are removed within 10 days of the auction.

NOTE: “All potential bidders must be registered for the auction prior to the start of the auctions. If you request bidding permission while the auction is in process/during an auction it may not be received and your permission to enter the auction will not be accepted.”

You may choose another shipper however they must contact us to make the arrangements as soon as possible. 

PLEASE NOTE: LVMB picks up once a week at our auction gallery therefore notify us ASAP if you require shipping. Please allow 2 -3 weeks to receive your item/s due to the amount of items that may require shipping. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Auction starts closing with 2 items closing per minute, bidding continues as auction closes.

Extended bidding, if a bid is placed before the lot is scheduled to close the bidding will be extended  by 1 minute from the last bid.

PAYMENT TERMS: 

IF YOU ARE IN GOOD STANDING WITH TOM HALL AUCTIONS.  We will charge your credit card for the purchases.

HOWEVER ALL NEW BIDDERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY BY CASH OR WIRE TRANSFER OVER $200.00 IN PURCHASES, NO CREDIT CARDS WILL BE ACCEPTED. 

All bidders will receive an invoice. 

If you receive a paid invoice please bring it with you when you pickup.

If you receive an unpaid invoice please call the office with 48 hours (610-799-0808) of the closing of the auction to make your payment and pickup or shipping arrangements

Terms:13% Buyer Premium will be added to all purchases. 6% Sales Tax if you are not  sales tax exempt.  If you are sales tax exempt you will need to supply a copy of your Sales Tax Exemption Certificate.
