• 20% Buyer’s Premium applies to all purchases.
• 6% PA Sales Tax applies to titled vehicles (collected by the notary).

Instructions for Vehicles:
- Purchasers of vehicles must first wire transfer payment to Tom Hall Auctions.
- Once payment has been confirmed, buyers may go to Schnecksville Notary.
- At the notary, the vehicle title must be transferred into the buyer’s name.
- After the title transfer is complete, the vehicle can be picked up at International Custom Built Homes, Inc.
