EVERYTHING but the seeds in this greenhouse package to start your own hydroponic aeroponic growing operation. Perfectly sized hand Built tunnel greenhouse with high grade plastic, steel, & wood framing. Wood bottom base connected to a concrete pad. Measures approximately 24 x 32 x 12 feet 10 inches. Electric components, wiring, breaker box, several outlets, lines, brackets and all included. You must disassemble and haul. So plan accordingly; tools, labor and hauling capabilities. Seller will disconnect electrical power.
There are two Shutter exhaust fans with Thermo speed control that are approximately 20 x 30 x 30 inches. Aluminum and galvanized steel, lightweight. Untested.
Effinity 93 by modine with conservicore technology high efficiency gas power condensing heater with 85000 BTU’s. Untested.
Ridder thermal Overload safety limit switch box
Tork 1109a/1109a-0 24 hour timer switch.
16.5 x 5 feet Evaporative cooling system. Outside swing out bracketing. Opposite end reverb exhaust pull tube. Untested.
6 reflective hanging grow lighting.
2- D14mz2 14 gallons per minute Dosatron water powered doser units system connected to Tamco Industries 60 gallon tank with two 55 Gallon Uline Garbage pails for A & B solutions for precision dosing. * please note that the barrels are full of solutions for your use or disposal. All solutions used in these systems have been for non gmo gardening in nature.
19 Tower Garden hydroponic aeroponics tower growing systems by Juice Plus. Each system has a 30 gallon bottom hold tank and 2 different types of stackers that can reach 9-12 feet high. Each has its own pump, tubing, floaters and there is a couple timer systems for up to 6 to connect to. All stabilizer bars, clips, hatches, tubing, connections and toppers. Plastic tubing set up from the doser system included along with other various accessories. *May be several extra tower pieces or a couple easily attainable pieces missing. All pumps are untested.
3 boxes of GroDan rockwool grow cubes. Various grow trays.
Double utility sink with hose connection.
Various utilities hide a cord boxes.
Cas LP 1000 label printing machine. Untested.
Touch pad lock glass door.
Various other items for greenhouse operations.
*propane tanks are NOT included.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to disassemble and remove the greenhouse from property within 14 days after the auction, be sure to bring proper equipment and help to remove. Seller will disconnect the electric power supply from the greenhouse prior to buyer removal.
Propane tanks are lease and NOT included in the sale!
