Buyer Pickup Two Days ONLY: Wednesday September 16, 2026 from 12noon-4pm and Thursday September 17, 2026 from 9am-4pm.
Bring your paid invoice, appropriate equipment, tools and help to move your items.
Winning bidders will receive the full address of the property with your paid invoice.

Shipping
Shipping is available on small items however NOT on large items and furniture.

How Online Bidding Works

- Auction closes at 2 lots per minute
- Bidding remains open as long as bids continue to be placed.
- Extended Bidding: If a bid is placed within the final 1 minute of a lot’s scheduled closing time, bidding on that lot will automatically extend by 1 additional minute.
Condition of Items
Buying at auction is different from buying new merchandise. Items are used, vintage, or antique and have been previously owned and used. While many items are in very good condition, they should not be expected to be in perfect or like-new condition. Please bid accordingly.

- No checks or PayPal accepted
- All credit cards must have a U.S. domestic billing address.
Your credit card will be charged immediately following the auction for all purchases.
However, new bidders to Tom Hall Auctions, or bidders with higher invoices at the auctioneer’s discretion, may be required to pay by cash or wire transfer if their invoice exceeds $1,250.
The auctioneer reserves the right to request a valid government-issued photo ID for any transaction.
