Buyers are responsible for providing all labor, equipment, forklifts, tools, and transportation necessary to safely remove their purchases from the building and property. Tom Hall Auctions will not provide forklifts, equipment, or labor assistance. Please come fully prepared with adequate manpower and the appropriate equipment to load and remove your purchases during the scheduled pickup dates.

Major credit cards accepted. 20% Buyer’s Premium. 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax will be collected unless a valid Sales Tax Exemption Certificate is on file.
Checks and PayPal are not accepted.
At the Auctioneer’s discretion, wire transfer or cash may be required for certain purchases or invoices exceeding $1,200, particularly for jewelry purchases, new HiBid bidders or bidders new to Tom Hall Auctions. Valid identification may also be required.
